Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

There is a housing crisis as well as a homeless crisis in America that should not be. The crisis is especially bad in Southern California. A woman who had been living in a shelter applied for an affordable unit at this property. The Rapid Re-Housing program was going to fund her unit for several months, and the woman has gainful employment.

It is pertinent that she is housed as the shelter that she is currently at is unsuitable; it is a hotbed of germs, viruses and bacteria. The food is very unpleasant, as it is deliberately overly salted. Remember the PBS show Downton Abbey, when Sir Edgar takes a bite of strawberry cobbler that Mrs. Patmore mistakenly pours salt all over the top of it. "Good God!" was Sir Edgar's response taking a bite of salted dessert. Well, that is your experience at the shelter the woman is at.

Landlords are contributing to the housing crisis by not having realistic qualifications for affordable housing. They take Section 8, many of those people have credit scores of less than 800. This woman was denied housing based on her credit score. She could afford the rent, the rent was going to be paid for in advance for several months. Her credit score needs to be overlooked. If the housing crisis is going to end, everyone needs to do their part in making sure Americans are off the streets, and out of shelters and in their own homes.

So I'm confused. You bought the TV from Walmart, correct? Presumably you then have a receipt that shows the item and its serial number? How could they claim they don't sell said TV? Oh, and Walmart isn't stupid, they record the serial number of the actual TV when you buy it so you can't just put your broken one back in the box. Maybe that's the real issue, you are trying to commit return fraud?

People with mental illness should not be living on their own.
