Imagine being a client of a company for 2 decades. Your ONLY request ever was to be able to pick up the phone and call in and have someone answer it. NOT HERE... the voice mail jail is 20X worse than calling the federal govt.

 

After 3 days of trying to call and actually get someone to answer the phone we gave up. So we wrote int on their SM platform on FB blasting them at their GROSS INCOMPETANCE. Withing 5 minutes we were taken back someone name HUGO calls us... "Just saw your message and thought I'd take control here... What I will do is look into this for your right away...I will also give you my personal email and contact information by email when we hang up"

5 days later NOT A WORD NOT an email... NO COMMUNICATION.   We simple had asked for a MGR to call us back regarding the rate increase as we felt it was no justified.  We wrote to the VP complaining providing the above and he too IGNORED us not even acknowledging our concern.... however we finally got a form email from HUGO as his job position must have been threatened.

 

And rather than have someone call us, he took the liberty to send us an e-mai denying our request. We wrote back again. "HAVE  A MGR CALL US" 4 days later finally... we spoke to a manager who was most kind and congenial assuring us there was nothing he could do NOT A SINGLE THING... NO GOODWILL GESTURE OF ANY KIND given our troubles. We simple thought if they waived one month it would offset the increase but this company couldnt offer a free bag of popcorn to appease a customer. It was just all tongue and shoe smiling throught the phone BS!

Finaly we simple asked ths manager if he could just send us a copy of our insurance policy. HE complied... oh  yes not a problem you'll have it by tomorrow or next day. 5 days rolls along NO FILE sent no communication as to why... Lucky we kept his number so we contacted him back and he promised  we'd have it after talking to him today. 2 days later NOTHING again. Finally get hold of him they PROMISE to send it.. by this time we are in LOL mode...... we get the file...what do they do? THEY LOCK THE FILE WITH PASSORD PROTECTION NEVER SENDING US THE PASSWORD another 45 minutes of calling through their voicmail jail only you cannot access the department for anyone to help you!!!!!!!

 

THIS COMPANY IS A F****** SCAM They might as well not be in Canada with their redneck bastardizastion of the French language. 

 

I NEVER wanted to file this report but BENEVA ASSURANCE- BENEVA INSURANCE IS SO BLATANTLY IGNORANT, INCOMPETANT AND UNAPPRECIATIVE OF ANY CUSTOMER LET ALONE ONE OF 15 YEARS.

THESE ARE THE PIGS OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY THAT GIVE THE OTHERS A  BAD NAME. THIS POST IS 100% ACCURATE. 

Trust pilot speaks volumes... I am NOT a disgurntled customer just another person BENEVA INSURANCE HAS S**T ON.!  DON'T BELEIVE ME READ THE REVIEWS!
