Hello,
We are unable to provide a refund due to the dispute with your bank. It would make no sense to provide the refund, then get another on top of that from your bank.
Best regards,

Um… no, that is not "elder abuse,” and you are NOT entitled to treble damages because of your age. If the item you bought doesn’t offer a return policy, then you are not entitled to return it unless there is misrepresentation. If the wheels really were the wrong size, then that would indeed be misrepresentation - but your overeagerness to play the "age card” makes it harder for me to believe you.

Four companies involved in this ripoff. As if it's a conspiracy to defraud cardholders: 1. GreatCircleUs.com 2. VisaCardServices 3. FiServ.com 4. FibreCU.com I received no help from any of them in regards to the refunding for my returned item of an unopened shipped package that cost me $98.99. The item was advertised with 12" wheels. I had to cancel when Mr Harrison confirmed they were the wrong size wheels of 6". He sent it anyway. I had to return it unopened it wasn't what I ordered. Fedex says they got it back on 8/29/2923. My age subjects them to 3X in damages for elder abuse If I were to sue. However 300 in damages is laughed at in any jurisdiction.
