Ohh my... I have no words I have had worst experience with this company managing my property and I am not done yet. Please for your own sanity and if you think they will manage your property they are only looking for money. They don't care about the renter or the home homeowner. I have sent emails and they do not respond they are negligent and lie to both home owners and the tenants. The homeowner ends up paying for everything even if they to do not do inspections based on the contract.
I created a site that holds all date in hope that would at the minimum provide for charge backs to the renter.. Adititionally they were to do inspections and throughout the rental and chant air filters they indicated they dropped the ball. My house was damaged and they said they would do a walk through and never did. Please review the site I have data under evidential data and I can easy provide a login to this part of the site as it provides a majority of the correspondence and negligence.
