The Equipment was in good condition and it served the purpose. The person who we picked up the equipment from was great. Unfortunately that was the only highlight. As I see in one of the other reviews, "Brandon" did change the price on me as well.
I actually rented a boat one day and a pair of jetskis one day. My biggest problem is that it has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive my $1000 security deposit. also have screen shots of texts. First it took several weeks to even get a response.
Then Brandon had an excuse of being in Mexico and not receiving my texts and that he would get the deposit back to me immediately. In the two weeks without a response I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Brandon however refuted it and said the charge was valid so the charge came back on my card. Brandon did however attempt to return it as he said that pay pal would not allow him to because the charge was being disputed. That was over a month ago.
Then the poor communication continued and now has ceased. I am now going to have to file a small claim suit to recover my deposit, finance charges and probably the travel expenses to go back to AZ and appear. DO NOT Rent from these guys.
I really like Brandon's brother, I believe that is who was on site, but Brandon seems to be in charge of the rest and lacks either integrity or business sense to keep this operation afloat. Super unfortunate as it takes a lot for me to write a negative review.
I usually shake it off and move on but this has been one of the most negative experiences I have had in customer service.....
