Awful, badly managed, will take your money but you will not receive what your ordered.
Placed order on 11/26. Tracking never updated, after 1 month did not arrive. Called and they said it was lost in transit. LIES. More like it never even shipped. So they ship it again, it arrives but one item (the most expensive) is missing.
Having been calling twice a week to try and get this item shipped to me and have been getting the run around. Each phone call wastes at least 20 minutes of my time. I get told the item is shipping. I do not get given tracking or emailed tracking (as they say I will, MORE LIES) It does not arrive. I call and get told the order was cancelled but cannot tell me why as the item is showing availability. Sigh.....
Today's phone call took 45 minutes because I demanded to speak to a manager. Item has been re-shipped. Let see if it shows up. Todays date is 1/6. Will NEVER order from this company again.

Finally resolved after many phone calls and escalating to Management but wow, hard work, over 1 hour phone call.
Never again.
