Ordered an engineered mezzanine floor. The sales person gave us a drawing which we approved and then he sent a different list to manufacturers. So entire order was wrong from day one. Steel fabricator also had an issue with carcoversandshelters.com.au and sent us another customers product and ours to their location. We had work crews on standby that were compensated when products did not arrive correctly or on time. While these MEN were attempting to be charming, it just felt like manipulative gaslighting. It took over a month and many hours back and forth to get the order corrected. Our financial losses were not recognised as valid by Hugh the owner, and Bill the sales manager attempted to go behind our backs to our builder to make "alternative arrangements " without our consent. We are out about $2500 on this purchase and company has refused and discount or reimbursement for their errors and extremely poor service. We really wanted this to be a positive experience and understand things happen, with regards to human error. To be jerked around, expected to take a major financial loss because of carcoversandshelters.com.au's incompetence is un acceptable and others should not be deceived by this very poorly run business. Beware and use extreme caution with this business. It is a scorpion and fox situation. Sleezy AF!
