Catnapper Recliner Jackson Furniture Industries Cheap Leather on Catnapper Recliner Thompsons Station Tennessee

After only a year of use the Leather is peeling away, in sheets thinner than paper, from the seat. I am single, no pets & treat my Furniture well. I have never, over 40 years of recliners, seen anything like this but from my experience as a former V.P. for an office furniture manufacturer, this is cheap leather, delaminating and/or poor outsourcing by the manufacturer of the Catnapper Recliner I have.
I sent an email to the President of Catnapper Recliners by Jackson Furniture Industries. Instead of any internal concern by the President, a customer service rep responded, like a robot, without a care whatsoever. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Catnapper Recliners.
