Century 21 Century 21 needs to be HONEST!! Midway KY
I made an email complaint late March of 2023 to a third party century 21 agent of Richmond KY, I said the so called construction crew made my parents and I feel not safe at 1599 woodlake rd midway KY. That they were leaving dead deer and deer parts trying to lure our dog off property to kill her. I said in the email that it's still illegal to harass a property owner to bring their price down and that I was getting close to filing a report with the Kentucky State Police cause if they killed our dog I logically figured I might be next. So a few days after my complaint early April 2023 my parents home $qft went from 10,700$qft to 4,900$qft and no that's not a "accident" that a realtor can get fined a whopping $50 for LOL!
Century 21 obviously didn't share my email complaint about what was going on out here because i truly believe if rector Hayden knew all the evidence they wouldn't of taken century 21 suggestions and acted on them. Rector Hayden I don't think knew that a century 21 agent was part of the investment development group that bought the property surrounding my parents home. The TRUTH will come out RIGHT???

Does this confuse anyone else?? In early April the home $qft is secretly lowered in the listing in half after 9months without the owners knowledge sshhh!! but this YouTube video is still up, I'm not a realtor but what is your definition of a F$cking 'accident' ?? Forgive me I'm not tech guy I have the video but I might not be able to attach it to this ripoff report so please as a backup go to YouTube 1599 woodlake rd midway KY thanks, the piano sounds great LOL

1505 leestown Rd Frankfort KY the same so called construction crew at the site. Don't let them get away with it!! Anybody with any information on this property please post it, thanks. The so called innocent realtor's don't play fair anymore. They only get fined $50 for a 'ACCIDENT' LOL
