Chill Well sells a product that promises to cool your room or area you put to work; the only problem with this product is that it doesn't deliver what it promises. I ordered a triple of the small devices, for a "$227.08 special", tried one, and it just has a small fan in it, that doesn't do much.
Returned items on July 25, 2022, and paid UPS $37.54 for taking them back to this company plus the $21.90 Chill Well charged me for delivery. Called them every week for a refund on my credit card but they said they only going to refund $205.18; I told them fine, but still struggling with them who only playing games with people that return this inoperative item.
I contacted the credit card company to fight for my money and they are working on it. THIS COMPANY IS A PURE SCAM!!!
