1235 Sierra Alta Way

Los Angeles, CA 90069

This is most dangerous place to rent for personal or any business: owners  Cindi Omidi, Julian Omidi under Federal investigation.

We did rent to shoot TV project at this location. This is was most uncomfortable situation in our experience of production. One of owner Cindi Omidi kept bothering us in time when we had our shooting and ruined whole day. Sometimes to pick up art, sometimes to pick up some items in house, or a chair, or etc…, sometimes to see flowers..etc

After we Agreed and signed documents Rental, owners of the property start to change rule and asked more money for the property we already started project and moved team from all over the world.

Moreover as we found out later, this property under surveillance of FBI and other law enforcement agencies. This is the reason why:

Michael Omidi, Jilian Omidi, Cindi Omidi- group of dangerous people. Medical business they created killed 5 patients. Very risky to go to those Dr. Please, be aware!

'Victims': Ana Renteria, 33, Paula Rojeski, 55 and Tamara Walter, 52, died after the procedures.

Federal agents have seized $109 million in cash and securities during an ongoing investigation of the businesses and individuals behind the 1-800-GET-THIN ad campaign for weight-loss surgery — and lawyers are fighting to get it back.

As I reported in a series of columns from 2010 through 2014, the people behind 1-800-GET-THIN were the Omidi brothers — Julian, whose medical license had been revoked by the state of California, and Michael, whose license was subject to probation when the first of my columns appeared. That three-year probation expired in late 2011.

Five patients died following surgeries at clinics affiliated with the ad campaign, according to lawsuits, autopsy reports and other public records. Several law enforcement agencies have been investigating the owners of the businesses behind the ad campaign for possible healthcare fraud, money laundering and tax violations, according to court filings and prosecutors' statements in related court cases.

So, we strongly recommend many times to think before you get yourself and team in trouble by doing any business this those people. We saw many some strange people around property all the time- appeared it was feds.
