Complaint Review: CITY OF BREA Community Services Supervisor - brea ca

I am the original author that posted this complete garbage months ago. A few weeks ago, I had logged in with another account to try and remedy some of what I had done wrong here, explaining what this post truly was and apologizing for my childish act. Since then I have been able to recover my original account, the account that I used to post this report.

Now I am wanting to once again explain that this whole post is a made up lie. There really is no excuse for doing this, at the time I was struggling with a horrible divorce and I was not in my right mind and I suppose I wanted to make my ex-wifes life just a little bit more difficult. I was attempting to post these lies, and when I was finished I am sure I had clicked submit, never really thinking it would have actually been approved and posted.

I completely forgotten I went to this website and smeared good peoples names. I was confronted by those I hurt in this post and I am completely ashamed of myself for doing something this deemeaning and low, I really would like this post taken down, because there is no need for a complete lie pointed only to harm someone I care for.

I am once again attempting to ask Ripoff report to please remove this lie, as a simple courtesy to the person I was trying to personally attack. I didn't even read the rules or the agreements to making a post, and I actually never thought the website would ever allow a member to post another persons medical information, and then actually approve it to be displayed.

I have since learned that what I posted is protected by HIPAA Privacy Rule. This refers to individually identifiable health information as 'Protected Health Information' which includes past, present, and future information on an individual's physical or mental health condition and data relating to the provision of healthcare or the payment for healthcare services.

With this said I can only hope that Rip Off Report can see that this matter is dealing with someone trying to hurt an ex during a divorce, there is nothing more than this. The problem that now exists is that Rip Off Report is still chosing to display information that is protected by HIPAA.

I am asking for it to be taken down because I now know this is ilegal and I am hopeful that Rip Off Report would also agree to not display health information that is protected. Because I am the author, If there was a way to delete this port I would, but this is not allowed, so as for now the only reason this medical information is still being displayed is because Rip Off Report has decided to continue displaying it, even though it is illegal to do so. I am hopeful that this post could just be deleted and the people I hurt could regain some satisfaction that Rip Off Report could see this for what it is, and make sure the information that I posted is no longer exposed to the public unlawfully.

With this said, I am admitting my wrongful deed, I was literally not in the right mind space when posting this information. I want to apologize to anyone this may have hurt, or who it has already hurt, I have learned a valueble lesson here, and I am hoping that the website could do what is right and simply take this post down.

This information is completely false and has nothing to do with the City of Brea, or the employees. I had uploaded this information trying to hurt my ex-wife in the middle of a divorce none of it is actually factual or true.

I am ashamed that I uploaded this information and if it caused any damage. I had asked for rip-off report to remove this information but the are only allowing me to add an update. Everything in this report is completely false and I apologize for any harm it has caused. 

Where did you get those documents?? You know that is a violation of this individual's HIPAA rights as well as the DR who you just provided his name and information without his consent!! How pathetic and childish of you! Better be prepared for a big fat lawsuit on your end.
