The day before thanksgiving We bought a 2007 Chevy suburban from them. $6500 with high miles, rest drove it it drove great! Got off the lot after the deal was done and drove 5.6 miles and the oil pressure dropped to zero. We pulled it into pep boys had to let it sit till we could fix it got back to it the next day with brand new part put it on and thought we fixed the issue and got 3.0 miles down the highway and the transmission won’t come out of 1st gear. I and my husband repeatedly asked to have them refund us the money and or put us into a vehicle that would be of same price six days later and we had to drive down there for Matt the manager to answer any of my questions. He won’t refund me and won’t put me in something same value he said he gave us a deal and took $700 off the original price. Now I’m about to be $3000 in a transmission and who knows what else. The posi trac light comes on and I’m fearing the engine will take a crap after I fix the transmission. This is not fair and a thief in my eyes he should make it right with us especially paying cash!!! Do not do business with these people at all!!
