This company doesn't even deserve 1 star.  A big scam.  And Jennifer is rude and unprofessional.  They have the customers pay upfront, before services are rendered.  I was apprehensive about paying beforehand; however, I have small children at home and we have been having freezing temperatures.  They do not have a plumbing license so they were unable to remove a gas line that crossed in front of my furnace.  They told me to contact my gas company: however, my gas company informed me that they do not come inside of the homes and that the contractor would have to remove the gas line.  Although, Jennifer assured me that I would be able to cancel and get a refund if I was unable to have the gas line removed prior fo the 1/9/23 service date, when I called her that SAME DAY that i paid her the $2250 she did not honor what she said. Instead she told me to contact my home warranty company.  So, me and the warranty company have spoken to Jennifer several times trying to resolve this issue to no avail. At no time did she say that she was orderering parts or that there was a restocking fee.  Until today.  I called on 1/2/23, but the company was closed for the holiday.  I left a message for a call back.  This morning 1/3/23 I called and cancelled the service appointement with Taylor and was told that my full refund would be submitted in a few days.  However, shortly afterwards, Jennifer called.  She was rude, obnoxious and unrprofessional.  She informed me that she is charging me a restocking fee and for a custom part.  I told her that she never mentioned this and that I had been in touch with her several times since I paid the $2250.  I told her that this is why I didn't want to give her the money upfront. I told her that I was going to report her to the Better Business Bureau and she told me to go ahead.  She became so nasty and indignant that I hung up the phone and now here we are.
