Dboi Luciano Never deliver key to battery Hercules CA
He promised to deliver the key to the battery after I purchased the ebike through Marketplace on Facebook. After I texted hin that I was going to report him he replied "Go ahead and report it. I'm sure FB Marketplace doesn't have a refund policy." He's doesn't have a conscious and only worships money.
He's a scammer so don't do any business with him.
