Jamie Decker is a crook running a home Improvement operation. He will charge a homeowner for giving an estimate. Then once he sells the job at no less than 60%, he puts illegal non insured subcontractors on the jobs who do shoddy work. They are not covered if they get hurt on the customer’s property.
He will collect in full from the homeowner, then cut the subs invoices down because they aren’t insured. I have screen shots of him doing so staying that the invoice is too high since they don’t have insurance etc. He collected in full two large jobs I sold for him. He then did not pay me or the subcontractor involved. The subcontractor and I are suing.
He violated the federal wage act by docking pay, which brings the amount paid less than minimum wage all to benefit him. He then contacted another professional in the industry and without provocation disclosed and discussed confidential employee information. He is falsely warranting jobs that were installed improperly. He’s saying he has a lifetime workmanship warranty when he cannot ever make a job right. More will be disclosed as the legal wheels turn.
