BUYER BEWARE.  If you are a Desjardins Insurance (formerly State Farm in Canada) customer I hope you NEVER have a claim.  I am supporting my elderly father on his claim and I have NEVER in my 46 years been as frustrated, disappointed, angry and down right pissed off.  Desjardins you should be ashamed of yourselves for what you are doing to a fixed income senior citizen.

The claim is abosultely tiny.  The amont of time energy resources they are spending on disputing a $3,000 difference in a professionally supported submission is astonishing. If anyone wants more information please do reach out.

Customers of this company need to be made aware of what their expectations should be in the event of a claim.  They will get zero support, zero reasonable thinking, zero compassion, zero consideration for decades of premium payments without a claim, zero consideration the policy holder is actually a person and not simply a number.  ALL WE WANTED ORGINALLY which Desjardin committed to is to FIX the vehicle.

I also want people to know that are reading this that I am beyond reasonable.  I had a similar scenario with my own insurer that was settled within a matter of weeks, while my fathers claim with Desjardin is now measured in months.   E.g.) I am not the difficulat party here, and I am not simply an angry angry man.  I have stepped through their hoops, jumped over their obstactles, paid out of pocket to support the claim AND STILL NO RESOLUTION.  

What do you think the outcome is for my fixed income senior citizen father without my support???  SCARY THOUGHT!!!!!
