The rental Property is Without Title. The Landlord ( Dion Fisher ) is a male tran-gender with many issues.she threatened to beat my a*s if I didnt move out after giving her the rent money, $650. for the month which i have a paper agreement with Now I hve to Take HIM to Small claims court

THE POLICE WERE CONTACTED putting me at a Cost well over $2000.oo in Debt now. Froma 650. rentalagreement to neary being homeless. she sits there an says shes done it to 15 other people, so no one was smart enoughto take her to cout or follow the laws.
