Rented a house for my friends from D.A. Lindsay. 1205 South Palmway, Lake Worth, Fl.
When my friends arrived the house was disgusting. Dog hair everywhere. Sink and toilet gross.
My friends wanted to leave and go stay somewhere else but he would not refund our money (He ran to the bank to cash the check)
My friends spent 3 hours cleaning the place up so they could stay there for 2 nights.
When they checked out (the place was spotless) he refused to return my security deposit.
I have written proof in my emails. I am taking him to small claims court and he has also been reported to the Department of Business & Professional Regulation and the National Association of realtors.
