Mr Ricardo Garcia's employees, of Duzac Constructors Inc, damaged my vehicle. While traveling on opposite directions a concrete block fell off the back of Mr Garcia's truck abs it struck my car. I saw his employee watch the block strike my vehicle in his rear view mirror. Thankfully, there was traffic the opposite direction and I was able to get him to pull over. I recorded the encounter and filmed the same concrete blocks in the back of his vehicle.
After exchanging insurance information I sent him pictures of the block in the road which struck my vehicle. Mr. Garcia accepted responsibility and said he would contact his insurance company after the damage was more than he was willing to pay out of pocket. He failed to contact his insurance company and left me to pay my $1000 deductible. Mr. Ricardo is an unethical person.
I cannot speak to his skills as a contractor but I can declare him to be an irresponsible person who does not own up to his responsibilities as a person or business owner. I would be cautious when dealing with a person like this. If he is willing to rip me off, he will do the same to anyone. Buyer beware!
