Emily Reed Washoe County Nevada Clerk Emily Reed is a corrupt government employee in the lawless Washoe County, Nevada corrupt "legal system" Reno Nevada
Emily Reed falsely represents herself to be an "ADA Coordinator" when she is actually exactly the opposite. Emily Reed is a 'court administrator" so it violates ADA law for her to purport to be an ADA coordinator as under Federal law, only an independent party can function in that role. In the lawless "organizational chart" for Washoe county, Emily Reed is not shown as an ADA coordinator and she refuses to provide her ADA contract and creditials.
Emily Reed is criminally violating the ADA laws by using her fraudulent sham position as a "court administrator" in the pretense of an "ADA coordinator" to act as the cover up arm of the lawless, corrupt Washoe county judicial employees by:
1.depriving litigants and whistleblowers of their mandatory rights to ADA accomodations and ADA advocates
2. depriving ADA advocates access to the lawless, kangaroo Washoe county 'courts"
3. These are crimes of deprivation of rights under color of law, conspiracy against rights, obstruction of justice, tampering with witnesses and concealing evidence.
4. Emily Reed refuses to furnish her authorization to act in her pretend position as an ADA Coordinator and admits she has no 'authority" to provide accommodations so she is also perpetrating a scheme to defraud.
5 By making false statements and perpetrating her tangled web of crimes, Emily Reed is also violating attorney ethics. She is also unlawfully practicing law by pretending she is not acting as an attorney when she is giving fraudulent "legal advice"
Emily Reed is running a criminal racket. She must be disbarred and criminally prosecuted. This is a warning to to the public to avoid and expose Emily Reed and report her crimes.
