Emma Yorkie Home Ripoff- Never shipped the $700.00 puppy, just delayed & asked for $725.00 more for special shipping container Los Angeles California

My wife bought a Yorkie Puppy pictured from website: emmayorkiehome.com supposedly in Fairfax, VI for $700.00 with shipping. Would only take Western Union or Walmart transfer as payment to a Los Angleles name: Jennifer l. Billey. Supposedly the puppy would be flown into Dayton airport the next day. They then refused to give us any shipping information or carrier, just keep stalling. Next day after many hours of text messages back & forth we received a call from a very foreign sounding man who would still not give us any shipping information or location on the puppy. Really couldn't understand him.
After another couple hours of text messages back & forth he informed us that he was the shipper & the puppy could not fly without a special $725.00 air conditioned container (supposedly refundable) & how would we like to pay. Again only PayPay or Walmart cash transfer. He stated that the puppy was at the airport waiting for flight since 3:00 today and it was now 9PM. and the puppy could be in danger. We refused any further payment and will turn them over to State of Ohio Attorney Generals Office as Internet Fraud. I doubt there was ever a puppy...lesson learned we were ripped off to the tune of $700.00 it was a classic scam from the get go!
