Please do not trust this company. They worked me over pretty good. They will try and sell you different services they offer and ended up going with buying their internet mortgage leads. I told them about my experience with some other lead providers and how they bait and switch me thinking their leads are the highest quality, stating 8-10% closing ratio and promised a closed loan in the contract but again ZERO and they didn't honor the contract.
The lead quality is horrible. they sent me 65 leads and maybe got in contact with 6 of them. None of the leads qualified. they advertise in the healthcare industry promising them their is a program they can get for being in the healthcare industry to buy a home which there is no such thing.
The only info they give you is their name and phone number with some credit scores and income which all the income was 60k or below so no one even qualified if I got a hold of them. All these guys are a bunch of liars and crooks. Do not trust them or anything they say.
All their good reviews were paid for. AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
