I run an online publishing and branding agency, dba DS Publishing (PublishingSOLO.com). We specialize in publishing consulting, ghostwriting, travel writing, online branding and promotions. Starting on January 15, 2016, Anthony Vaarwerk of Find Rentals Inc. signed a consulting agreement with me for the year of 2016.

In the following years, my team and I continued to work with Mr. Vaarwerk in various capacities including the roles of marketing director, branding consultant, online travel writing, email promotions, and social media management. Furthermore, during a week-long private publishing retreat, Mr. Vaarwerk was served by three of my staff. With months of preparation, during this time, I was able to ghostwrite and my staff able to publish two 92-page business plan books for Find Rentals. One book is titled Find Rentals Strategic Alliances and the other, Find Rentals Vision Plan 2018-2020, both by Anthony Vaarwerk. The books were officially published on May 23, 2018.

The book titled Find Rentals Strategic Alliances was a marketing tool while Find Rentals Vision Plan 2018-2020 was a comprehensive business plan to increase Find Rentals' income and position in the vacation rental marketplace. When I started as a consultant for Mr. Vaarwerk, Find Rentals' monthly gross income was minimal. Yet, his income doubled during the three and a half years I worked for him and Find Rentals. He constantly discussed financial goals and plans with me and expected the online assets I contributed to make a difference—which they surely did.

Mr. Vaarwerk's goal is to sell Find Rentals in 2021. My job as a consultant and marketing director was to get him there. Because Find Rentals had a bad credit rating and was underfinanced, the only way to accomplish this was to leverage the talent of human resources within the company. Besides indicating that I, as Find Rentals marketing director-consultant, would earn up to 10% ownership of Find Rentals, Mr. Vaarwerk also agreed to create a profit-sharing plan to encourage, excite, and leverage the talent in his company to achieve those goals. Since Mr. Vaarwerk is a driven and goal-oriented person, work often involved up to 60 hours a week from both me and my assistant. Additionally, considering I was led to believe I would receive profit-sharing, I substantially discounted my normal pricing for Find Rentals.

In the time I worked with Find Rentals, I also recruited a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expert as part of my online marketing plan for Find Rentals, and he and I worked together as a team. Once I stopped working in the summer of 2019, the s****.>

The online business Mr. Vaarwerk operates had no significant change in its operations other than the online assets that myself, my staff, and SEO associate created for Find Rentals. As a team, our work between 2016 and 2021 essentially quadrupled Mr. Vaarwerk's income. Since Find Rentals is an online business, our online assets are responsible for these drastic improvements. Yet, I am still waiting for Mr. Vaarwerk to fulfill the part-ownership and profit-sharing agreement.

A profit-sharing plan was verbally promised as well as documented in the business plan book entitled Find Rentals Vision Plan 2018-2021. Therefore, I seek a resolution in regards to part-ownership promises made by Anthony Vaarwerk of Find Rentals.
