Fitbit advertised a sale in which their Fitbit Sense product included: * A 6 month subscription to Calm Premium * A 6 month membership to Fitbit Premium After I purchased the device, Fitbit failed to provide the Calm Premium subscription as advertised.

Upon contacting the company, they continuously refused to provide the Calm 6 month Premium membership that was marked as "included" with my purchase. Fitbit repeatedly failed to explain why they did not provide the membership while their website clearly indicated that it was included.
