False Report Against Mr. Guerra

The false report was filed last year by disgruntled vendor, Carlos Alvarez, not a customer. We've never had a customer named, "Rick Ricardo". We have checked our records and have taken every measure to validate that such person has ever done business with Mr. Guerra's company. Mr. Guerra does not know any customer by this name, nor has he never done business with anyone by this name.
In Mr. Guerra's 30 years of doing business, he has never had a compliant of this magnitude made against him or any his employees.
According to Mr. Guerra, Alvarez was providing advertisements for him until he discovered that Alvarez was trying to rip him off. When Mr. Guerra refused to pay Alvarez any more money, Alvarez threatened Mr. Guerra stating that if he did not comply for his demands for money, Alvarez would "trash " him.
Additionally, Mr. Guerra sates that comment made about his ex spouse(s) having restraining orders against him is also false.
Mr. Guerra and his legal counsel are currently working to have the false report removed from this website and restore his good name. Thank you.
