If you KNOW WHAT'S BEST for you...Don't buy a cadillac and their SERVICE DEPT in Fremont CA is trash ....I reported a problem with my vehicle transmission 3 times while it was under warranty and they did nothing...The transmission WENT OUT right after my service warranty ended..Of course!!!

I contacted the same service depth (Fremont Cadillac) and explained the situation. The service manager told me he understood the situation and to being my car in so they can take a look at it. He made sound like he was going to take good care of me; yeah right. After I paid to have my vehicle tow to the Fremont Cadillac this joker ( service manager) text and said your vehicle arrived and I would have to pay 185.00 for diagnostic test.

To add insult to injury, this situation wouldn't have happened had the people his company was doing their jobs Don't take my word for it...I have the service records to prove it...They don't stand behind their product...Need proof...email [email protected]..

By the way..I place a complaint with GM corporate and email my complaint to their CEO, CFO, and two districts mangers and neither of them DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT...Don't BELIEVE the hype in their fake commercials....
