I purchased a trailer in June 2008 and have had nothing but headaches. I took it back in to them twice and still my furnace is out, my fireplace heater is not working either. This leaves two old people in their 70's. one with Parkinson's without heat.
We paid $40,000 and $700.00 a month for this piece of crap to sit and fall apart. I will seek others getting in a Class action lawsuit. I have called Gary many times and he just refers me back to Kimberly. How does this company get away with selling individuals a high priced trailer and then not servicing it.
They brag about having 100 bays, Well, how many mechanics do you have?? I am old and unable to drive this trailer back 200 miles for repairs. I do not know whgt to do. Raymond Rice
