Dear Client,
It is a pleasure to let you know that the customs clearance of your package went on very well even though we had some complications which we are trying to take care of right now.
But the issue at hand is that we cannot still proceed with the delivery of your package because according to Custom Norms after the clearance of your package at the Custom Level your package has to be affiliated to our Insurance department so that it can be insured before we will able to embark with the delivery of your package. Right now, you are requested to make a Refundable Insurance Deposit of €1,000.
This money requested will be used to take care of all insurance bills and equally to finish to bypass the Custom authority. Most importantly this money will be refunded to you all upon delivery of your package. Thanks for your understanding.
