Greenlife Group Inc Leonardo Quiroga Started a job and did not finish it. Started stalling, and kept asking for more money even though their contract stated to hold back 25%. Toronto Ontario
Leonardo Quiroga aka: Leo came with a good game. Nice trucks, staff, etc. However, as the work started he started to stall. He did not honour or follow the payment schedule that his own contract outlines. He kept requesting more monies than we were to pay and using that as hostage that he cannot finish the work until he gets money.
Upon search for him we found out that that address he uses on his contract:

Greenlife Group Inc. 66 North Queen Strreet, Toronto, ON M8Z 2C4. 416-427-4881 + 416-858-5361
Is not his actual address. He had not been there from early in 2022. Due to payment issues. Several other people had reached out to them for summons and legal issues with Leo of Greenlife. He then went across the street to an auto place renting space in their yard and they had to get him to leave as well. Due to payment issues.
So this guy was not honest as to the address on the contract. Please run the other way if you see him, his trucks, as he is not reliable, trustworthy you will regret it. I was so dispointed that i had to share this to help others.
