Purchased a nice office chair that was a piece of junk.
Within 4 months two of the wheels were broken, it was extremely wobbly and the dye on the leather was coming off.
It's taken some time to get a technician to look at it and he could not fix all of the problems.
Lots of poor excuses of why they cannot fix or replace my chair.
