Health Wealth Vending Sergio Malta Promises fake locations to take your money and states all transactions are non-refundable even though he lied to get the funds Birmingham Alabama
I have a friend/co-worker that found Health Wealth Vending and invested in purchasing their machines for placement in a "hospital and college". She referred me to the company. I got into contact with Sergio and he told me there were 2 locations wanting 2 machines a piece but the sites were further than I wanted to travel so I told him I was going to hold off at this time. He reached out to me about a week later and told me he landed a hospital 10-15 minutes from my house that wanted 2 locations. This location was a lot more convenient. I am also familiar with the hospital and it's traffic so I told him I would take it. I signed the contact and sent the money the next day. My co-worker has at this point received her machines and received training on them and was just waiting for them to be placed. It is now a month later and the goods she bought for the machines have spoiled and her machines still have not been placed. Thye did try to place one of her machines in a mechanic shop with 5 guys! I, at this point, reached out to Sergio with my concerns and expressed to him that this is not making me comfortable and I did not want to proceed. At this time the machines had not been shipped. The contract states the machines will be shipped within 15 business days of them receiving the funds. So I waited...come day 17...or business day 16, according to him because of Yom Kippur, he emailed me a shipping confirmation. I let him know I will not be accepting the machines and would like a full refund. He refuses, even though the goods were never shipped or received at the time I asked for it. He is stating the contract states it's non-refundable. The contract also states that he would ship within 15 business days and he did not. He wants me to uphold my end of the contract but doesn't think he needs to uphold his. The truth of the matter is he makes up good locations to entice the buyer, when in fact he never had a location in the first place. The contract also states that he would move our machines to a different facility that is bringing in the money he quotes for it to a different site if the machines aren't making the money that he specified. I guess we are supposed to believe he will find us a 2nd and 3rd place to locate our machines when he isn't even able to secure a first place for the machines. Please do not send this man your money! This is a scam/rip off!
