Whoever answers the phone over the weekend is unhelpfully rude. Stop interrupting people and let them finish the question so you understand what is being asked, and lose the "F-you" attitude. Completely unreasonable to not accept a digital copy of insurance in this day and age. I mean seriously? Shall I fax it or would you prefer a carrier pigeon?

Car owners, beware! Please read reviews and save yourself hassle. I went in for an inspection, with cash and a paper copy of my insurance. I passed with no issues. Unfortunately, all three employees were exceedingly harsh and rude, and for no reason. I had all the required materials. My children were calm and quiet and well behaved.

I wasn't talking loudly on my phone or playing music or games on it. We interacted very sweetly with the adorable office pug. And yet, I was spoken to very rudely, especially by the middle aged man who sat behind his computer and spoke to me, still from behind a screen, never making eye contact, couldn't see his face.

If I need another inspection, I will happily drive hours away to get it. If I ever need car repairs, I am grateful there are other shops in town; with which my husband has already successfully worked. I have no idea what these peoples problems are, but they are clearly serious and deep seeded.

I know this company because I lived in Alpine many years and I know the name Foster as well. So you are willing to drive to Ft Stockton for a inspection?? OK - thanks for your report.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE BECAUSE THE OWNER IS A STUPID [EXPLICATIVE]. With this attitude, they are just waiting to scam you.

To whom ever is reading this, I DARE YOU TO GO THERE FOR AN INSPECTION. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH and THEY WILL START LAUGHING IN THE BACK ROOM BECAUSE THEY'RE SCAMMING PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT.

 There's a lesson to be learned here and far too many people don't have the backbone to learn it. Like you did...YOU are the customer. They need YOU...you don't need THEM! Whenever anybody you are doing business with treats you like garbage, walk out or don't go back! Just like you did! Two things however.

Ruseness to a customer is NOT the same as being crooked. Saying that could open up the door to some libel action. Secondly, I want you to make a great example to others and as such, I would highly suggest you ditch the use of this tremendously OVERUSED WORD "seriously". That makes you sound like a 12 year old girl! Otherwise, you were fantastic!
