I had a two-year contract with Huges net satellite internet service and paid on time each month. When my contract was up in July of 2019 I called and canceled my contract. Nobody said anything about returning their equipment.

A month later I received a box to ship said equipment. A week later I got a bill for 324.00!  Then they took it out of my bank account without telling me or getting my consent on October 27, 2019. Now im 317.75 dollars over-drafted!

Nobody said anything about returning their equipment.

- Seems like sending you a box and then a bill for $324 is a pretty good indication that they want their equipment back.

Then they took it out of my bank account without telling me or getting my consent on October 27, 2019.

- Actually they gave you 2 months since the bill and 3 months since you cancelled service. Did you at any time contact them to see what was up with this bill or to dispute it? If so what did they say?

By the way you did give then the consent to charge your card when you signed up for their service. Cancelling their service did not cancel this authorization as long as you have a balance due.
