These guys are marketing "engineered" greenhouses to uneducated greenhouse buyers, who think they will pass code. Rude awakening, I came to find out that no engineer will stamp these as it puts their license on the line that it meets code.
This thing is a pile of garbage, it might as well be a hoop house, no wonder it was so cheap. The "controller" might as well be from the 70's, and our installers couldnt even figure out how to put it up on another property that doesnt require engineering. Should have known, when buying from China, that this would happen.

There are some disagreements regarding the aspects you mentioned. The facts are as follows:
- Regarding the code issue, this greenhouse equip an intelligentcontrol panel which requires a password to connect with phone.
After confirming, the password has already been provided to the customer during installation and the control panel is working normally.
- Regarding the quality, ourcustomers' feedback of our greenhousequality is good, and the repurchase rate of old customers can reach 40.6%.
(1)The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, reaches 275g/m2 zinc coated thickness. Service life is 10-15 years.
(2)Covering film is 150micron PE film, 5-layer production process:drip-proof, dust-proof, high-strength. Service life is 5 years.
Covering PC sheet is 8mm double layer polycarbonate, weight reach 1.5kgs/sqm, high strength. Service life reach 8-10 years.
(3)The light deprivation system is equipped with 3-layer blackout curtain, which can achieve 100% light deprivation. It is driven by a gear motor and can be controlled by an intelligent control system.
- This control panel is intelligent and can automatically control the greenhouse facilities. I am so surprised that you think it comes from the 70’s. Attach some other customers' control panel pictures for reference.
- Regarding the missing parts:
≤25 days after goods arriving at port or ≤15 days after arrival of the door, customer checks whether the goods quantity is consistent with the packing list, confirms if any missing or goods is intact.
If there is any abnormality, send us name or pictures & quantity of the items that are missing or wrong.
We keep all the goods delivery photos, the factory staff will check and inform us whether the delivery is missing/wrong or not, we will reply customer within 2 hours define which party is responsible.
If it is indeed our company's responsibility, we will resend it to you for free within 7 days, and provide the delivery photo and tracking no.
If it’s not our responsibility, customer need to buy it again with cost price.
- Regarding the installation, we will provide detailed installation instructions and 3D installation videos.
Usually after customer placing the order, our technical department will start to prepare the instruction and 3D video.
Regular product has ready-made instructions and 3D video,customized products’ will be completed within 10-15 days.The documents will be sent to the customer before shipment.
Based on the instructions and videos, some customers can install the greenhouse well by themselves and their own workers.
