Do not move to huntsville, al unless you are prpared to pay up to 450% of your normal utilities bill, and the department will not adjust your bill, even when proven wrong. In fact, they say that TVA will not let them adjust your bill, which is a lie., but they use it to not make right huge wrongs done to the consumers, and there is "No ONe' that you can go to, to complain about the stealing to get a fair and correct deal. I even had thrit their serviceman.
come out and replace what he said was a defective meter, and they still would not correct my bill. they just told me tha it was just tuff, and that I had to pay it anyway.
