They advertise this as an incredibly sharp and efficient chefs' knife. It couldn't even cleanly cut a tomato. It smashed the tomato. The shape is very awkward. I'm a pretty fast chopper, but this is not a knife for chopping - it seems more suitable to hacking - or something. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. I have better gardening knifes.
When I tried to return the knife, they said that because I had tested it on a tomato (I was honest), that it was "used" and therefore unrefundable. Imaging being denied a return on a garment that you tried on for size. A total ripoff.
