Infinity fine Divineve Stole my money and did not deliver the goods and used China post who I believe don’t exist to track a name n existing parcel no.

Firstly both these companies are one in the same. The have the same email address etc. They off PayPal but this option disappeared at checkout and I was stupid enough to use my card not once but twice not realising it was the same company. They give a non existing tracking no's above then you are supposed to beleive that China Post is delivering it. Which I believe don't exist either! When I contacted the company they haggle over a few emails about refund of 50% then 65% then they will send the refund minus the postage. I mentioned it was never posted and I bought 2 for free postage so why am I responsible for this. It is a total scam and then I did it again with another company only to realise they did it to me again.
