Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I had an invention, I went with Inventhelp to have them find a manufacture to manufacture and sell my product. I paid for a patent search which was a bogus search. They did not do a thorough patent search which later I find the same product out on market. Then telling me to go ahead with my making of the product. Telling me I would have to pay $299.49 per month for 2 years then renew for another 3 years. My contract I signed says I could stop at anytime and would not be obligated to continue. Only that Inventhelp would stop services immediately.

What they fail to tell you at the beginning of the day you sign, is that the contract is a loan to be taken out by you to give them by the Universal Payment Corp. Know where in the contract says that you are signing into a loan. Only that western Inventhelp slipped in a Universal payment contract during your day of signature. Nor does it say that Universal payment corp will be part of the contract. Only the Universal payment contract will have your signature and where they signed is left blank. Only because if you breach and fail to make payment they can come after you.

If they do sign then they would be liable if you fail to make payment. Also, Universal payment fail to comply with federal law by not verifying the contract that it being you signing, as well as not calling or writing you for authorization, nor asking for any identification. They are simply giving Inventhelp thousands of dollars and you make the payments while Inventhelp sits on your invention until you pay off their loan.

This is a scam and should be brought to the attention of the state attorney general, Better Business Bureau, and proper authority to shut this business down. They claim no wrong doing, but I say they are deceiving the consumer by taking thousands of dollars in loans and having the consumer making the payments. Beware!
