IPage Hosting Company Blue Host are doing Business together but IPage is refusing to Allow me to Delete my past Account Internet
Let me say this is the WORST Hosting company on the fu*** planet. Never do business with IPage. At this moment they no longer have phone service since that Covid crap started these Koreans and Chinese pulled back and will not speak to anyone on the phone. I used to have hosting services with them years ago and they were awful it took me some time to understand why my website was going off all the time, several times a day, it's because 1) it's shared and 2) the memory is s**t, it's a joke they give a little amount of memory and won't tell you. So you will have numerous problems with having a functioning website.
Then I STOPPED hosting and only kept my domain names, waited until all of the names expired and, left several months ago. I couldn't take it anymore having to use the chat is a fuc*** joke it's stupid, you're talking to a Virtual Assistant* I can't stand that and then when you do get a customer service person these a***wads leave you hanging on the chat speaking to yourself they don't care and they don't care about being quick with answering questions. You're having to repeat yourself like a retard!!!! Whoever owns this company needs to be shot and killed seriously and blow up this entire business. It's an embarrassment to the entire hosting community!!!
Oh and let me share this it happened a couple of times after I would make payment, the company would continue to run the credit card I HAVE PROOF of my statement showing numerous declined transactions I complained and controlled payment on my end as I didn't trust them so I used prepaid card and only allowed what I owed to go through at the time but this scandalous company would keep running the card. That's when I knew fu*** that I won't use them anymore they are trying to steal money.
Now after I transferred everything to someplace else they keep sending me emails of RENEWAL so I logged into my account to DELETE everything, however, IPAGE wiped out my information and they REFUSE TO ALLOW ME TO DELETE THE ACCCOUNT IN ITS ENTIRETY!!! The system is keeping the account STUCK on RENEWAL, this is how fuc**** scandalous this company is. And CS chat left me hanging and there is no information of how to delete the account at all. I HATE IPAGE !!!!!
