Stick with Discount Tire or BigO Tires!!!!!!!!!!
We wanted to know why our car was clunking so we took it to Jack Furrier to be looked at on 2/15/23.
They told us we needed new tires and an alignment. Jack Furrier charged us $69.99 for an alignment. The clunking never went away. We went to Discount Tire for new tires.
Jack Furrier NOTICED Front Lower Control Arm Bushing Worn. They let us leave with the alignment.
Our friend, who is a mechanic, climbed under our vehicle and took pictures of what is wrong. He found the Control Arm is broken! Jack Furrier let us leave with a broken Control Arm! We are in May now, and I put around 500 miles a week on my car. My life is in danger!
We called Jack Furrier to ask how they were going to make the situation right and they took no responsibility. The first employee was rude, and argumentative, and tried to say it was our fault. The Manager called us and took no responsibility. We had a mechanic from Midas on the phone at the same time and Midas was saying we never should have been allowed to leave Jack Furrier with broken Control Arms. Thank goodness I saved our receipt.
We have an appointment with Midas on Monday to fix Jack Furriers mistake!
