JN Brancato & Sons Home Improvements Suburban construction of WNY LLC. JN Brancato & Sons Home Improvements John Brancato Took a large deposit for work to be done, never started and now not returning funds! Tonawanda New york
John Broncato (JN Broncato and Sons, Suburban Construction of WNY LLC.) Took a large deposit of $9,500. He was supposed to do work on a property of mine but after many delays and excuses about 6 months enough was enough and we agreed he didnt have time to do the work so he was going to pay me the $9,500 back.
Thats when the excuses started after about a year and a half of stayng on John i am still owed $5,000. He refuses to call me back, return my texts yet seems to have no problem continuing to do jobs, go on vacation etc. It's time he pays back the money he owes me period! No more chasing!!
I would never work with him or recomend anyone else work with him and for sure not give him a penny until all of his work is done or you will most likely find yourself in a bad situation like I have been in for quite some time!

I am considering a home remodel and I appreciate your sharing this information. It's hard enough to part with my money now a days, but even worse to be ripped off by someone. I am sorry for your misfortune of dealing with a dishonest person.
