We fill the application form from Kabbage  online and we have excelent credit was a fast and good feeling. they also said will be a soft credit so we did in 10 min. we were approved online for 30,0000 and they are insane charging 40% interest for 1 year.

I thought this was not legal but they dress as additional fees also they pull a (hard credit on my credit score) so they are liers. also how you will charge 40% interest rate in 1 year to a customer with a perfect score of 798 fico is insane how the fdic let celtic bank as lenders of kabbage to be such liers.

they should put the fees plus the rate before mire ir less do a hard credit on my score for a insane offer never again will trust them

Thank's for your very humerous report.

It is amazing how some people in trying to boost their credentials actually end up destroying what ever credibility they may have.

A perfect true FICO score is 850, so I can guarantee you that you do not have a perfect "gico" score of 798. I would even doubt that you have one that high if you are having to resort to these type of lenders.

Also, I could not see anywhere on their site that states they only do a Soft Inquiry. In fact I found quite the opposite...

How does the Kabbage Funding credit check show up on my credit report?

After obtaining your consent, we perform a one-time hard credit inquiry when you apply that appears as an inquiry on your credit report.

Nothing you have posted shows that they lied. They appear to be very upfront with their intrest rate and fees.  Yes they are high, but that isn't illegal.  It is YOUR choice as to whether or not you will accept it.

By the way, if you truly do have a 798 FICO a single inquiry is going to have a very small effect on your credit score, perhaps 5-10 points.  Where that effect is very short term, a month or two at most if everything else stays equal.
