I have never in my life stepped foot in this agency, but Stan Gilbert by his blatant disregard was the cause of suffering in my life four solid years.
Stan Gilbert allowed his former employee to involve herself in my life by doing all she could to remove my doctor prescribed emotional support animals off my property. Stan Gilbert agency director of a mental health facility allowed Paula Clark (now of Sutherlin, OR) to carry out her evil doing along with Robert her husband. Yes Robert and Paula Clark now live in Douglass County.
I understand Stan Gilbert is retiring. Stan a personal note to you: the pain you caused my life won't go unpunished. Ask your bud Paula how her "retirement" is going. Nobody quite understood why she hated me so bad, but here's my take on it.
A former female resident lived here, and unfortunately Paula was passed out drunk. Her hubby was wide awake, and decided to expose himself that evening to this former single female neighbor.
I as an innocent single female moved into to a culdesac doing my best to make friends when red head Paula decided her man wasn't gonna hit on me no way. She was willing to do all she could to hurt me all because her imagination ran wild.
Stan please tell Paula I never had interest in her husband, but she will never be free of the pain she attempted to cause my life. The boomerang effect is at work here, and Stan Gilbert the same goes for you. I do not envy your future sir.

Now that perpetrator Stan Gilbert is retiring, the MIA Group can also retire. The watchdog group was founded on the common knowledge that Stan Gilbert had holds placed on people of Klamath County who really didn’t need it. $$$ Grabber= Stan Gilbert. Yep at the expense of mentally ill; folk who had no possible way to defend themselves. Unfortunately society typically lumps in every mental illness as the bottom of the barrel.
That’s how Stan was able to pull it off; nobody really cares about the mentally ill. The very last group of people that "normies” can make fun of AND get away with it. I started the group as I was forced into this category made to look insane by the same former employee. Paula Clark Sutherlin, OR launched a campaign of slander against me that I’ll never recover from, but good came out of this atrocity.
I’ve gained a voice I didn’t have prior to the six year attack, and consequently I wanted to be a voice to those who couldn’t speak. The kind of people that Stan would round up with his authority then bill, bill, bill insurance on all the hassle it takes to "care” for "these types”. (Still can’t understand how two employees sued for being FORCED to detain innocent victims, walked away with thousands of $$$, yet the poor beat up souls treated as rag dolls didn’t get a dime).
A final note: to the new director of KBBH. Our society is on the brink of a mental health crisis never seen before in the history of this country. Klamath county desperately needs adequate mental health providers. Won’t you (to be named) please bury Stan’s legacy of causing harm to the vulnerable, and expel the lies surrounding people with mental illness? Be Brave! Stomp out the stigma in Klamath county so people aren’t afraid to get help. Please whoever you are. We really are desperate for providers who actually care for the lepers of society who are taking their own lives in numbers never seen before, and numbers sure to increase if someone doesn’t clean up the mess in this town left by Stan Gilbert.
Thank you for reading, and FYI depression happens to everyone at some point. Watch out you may be next; when it happens in tsunami like fashion that hit my life, you literally lose everything. Please stop harassing the mentally ill to those who think it’s fun. I’m begging you, please just stop. You will never get away with what you do when nobody is looking.
