- Keela Lavers of Labyrinth Great danes Advertised on Facebook Kuranda dog beds. I contacted her and ordered an XL dog bed on June 28th 2022. No, I have not received the dog bed. Order date June 28
- August 11 @ 10:07PM I asked if Keela new when the dogs beds were coming
- August 11 @ 11:14 PM Keela said she was going to double check and get back to me as to why the dog bed had not arrived yet. I received no update
- August 18 @ 4:49 PM I asked if there was any news on the dog bed
- August 19 @ 6:28 AM Keela saud she was waiting for an update. That the bed had been halted in transit in Ontario September 2 @ 2:34 PM Keela said she was working on getting the dog bed reshipped
- September 16 @ 11:02 AM I asked if there were any updates on the dogs beds. I received no response
- September 21 @ 1:40 PM I assked again if there were any updates on the dog bed
- September 22 @ 6:07 PM Keela said she was waiting on a refund to be processed and as soon as she received it she would send it back to me
- October 18 @11:18 AM I asked if there was any news. I received no response
- October 22 @ 11:00 AM I asked again if there was any news on the dog bed. Again I received no response
- October 25 @ 2:27 PM I asked if there was any news. Again no Response
- October 26 @ 11:19 AM I sent "??"
- October 26 @ 11:42 AM Keela said she sent her last message to my old number that I havent had in over a year. she said that she could send me a refund or was getting an order from a different supplier.
- October 26 @ 11:42 AM I asked for a refund as I was told on
- September 22 that I would be being sent a refund. I told her that I had purchased a custom dog bed elsewhere. I would not have purchased another dog bed if I wasnt informed that I would be receiving a refund in September
- October 27 @ 8:00 PM I asked when I would be receiving my refund. No Response
- October 28 @ 9:42 AM I sent "???" message is marked as read.
- I have not seen any proof that a dog bed was ever shipped nor have a received a refund. Everytime I have asked I was given a new excuse and now I am receiving no response. I believe that there never was a dog bed and Keela was just hoping that I would stop asking about the bed for she could pocket my money. Please don't purchase anything from Keela or Labyrinth Great Danes via e-transfer.
