BE AWARE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I'll just be very honest and upfront here about what transpired, and you can decide if you want to buy your car from these guys. As for me, I will NEVER go back to this place after they lied, and took advantage of my wife. First and foremost, let me tell you... Mason (Sales Rep) is a great guy, he was very helpful and guided us to the exact car we wanted upon arrival. To make a short story long, my wife and I went car shopping here, and we were very pleased up until we went into the finance office. What happened next, is next level. We were very straight forward with the finance team, and let them know that my wife just received a phone call that her grandfather was dieing, and that we would have to leave and comeback with our insurance check from the car that was recently totalled. Cherry (Finance manager) was rather persistent and told us that the hard work was done, and we would only be another 2-3 minutes, so we waited. About 25 minutes goes by, my wife is practically in tears becasue we literally had to leave to go visit her grandfather before the worst happened, and that's when the deal started to change. Mind you, we were waiting on a check for 40k from the insurance company, so all my wife and I were supposed to do was look at cars today, but the dealer made it seem like if we drove it off the lot today, we could simply pay for the vehicle in full once we received our check and we wouldn't have to worry about paying the interest. I even told the finance lady Cherry that we couldn't call our insurance and switch it over becasue it was too late in the day.... So Cherry said to us, and I will quote her "Oh no, you don't have to worry about that, Mason is coming in with your plates right now, and you will be on the dealers insurance for 10 days" me: "Wait so we don't have to call our insurance company? what if we get into an accident?" Cherry: "Nope. we got you covered, once this temp plate goes on your vehicle the dealerships insurance covers everything". Now i get it, they really want to get us in the car TODAY (its a sales thing) and since they are answering all our questions and concerns "honestly" it seemed to make sense. However, what the dealership didn't expect was for my wife to run something over in the middle of the highway, on our way home from the dealership causing almost 10k worth of damage. So, my wife contacted the dealer the very next day, we told them we would like to execute on submitting an insurance claim through the "Dealership insurance" that they told us we had, to get us to buy the car that day, and guess what........ THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT. It gets even better, somewhere in the paperwork shuffle, this Cherry lady without our consent even used our home a collateral, to get the deal done, again without our knowledge and consent We only found out about this becasue our business advisors were sent all the paperwork, and with my wife having a credit score of 750, it made no sense why they would do this, or ask me to co-sign, they literally just used our home without consent to get the deal done, on top of lying to us about getting us on some type of dealership insurance, just to get us into the car that day. Let me breakdown the reality of what this dealership just did.... They took advantage of a 30 year old girl, under an extremely duress situation (crying in the finance office about her grandfather, begging for them to please let her leave so she can go see him), lied to her about some fake insurance that was offered just to get us into the car that day after we clearly said we were not comfortable without having insurance, and then without our knowledge or consent, used the home we own as collateral for the loan (even though again we just wanted to pay for the ar upfront anyway) all without our knowledge or consent. AND then refused to help pay for any of the damages or hold up to any part of what they said to get us into this car. We will now be using the 40k we got from the insurance company, to get our deal reversed.

At ANY time you could have left. You have legs and feet yet YOU decided to stay. YOU didn't have the backbone to leave. If you didn't agree to the terms, why did you sign? Again, no backbone and an overwhelming desire on YOUR PART to perfectly play the role of doormat, sucker and chump. They may be the sleaziest dealership around but YOU have the option to either WALK OUT or stay and be the sucker. You chose to stay and no, I don't work for them and NOBODY but NOBODY forced you to stay or FORCED you to sign anything. Luca Brasi was killed long ago. YOU VOLUNTEERED!

"begging for them to please let her leave"

Did the seller physically restrain her? Was she confined or locked in?

"without our knowledge or consent, used the home we own as collateral for the loan"

Did you or your wife sign a contractual agreement that pledged the collateral? If not, then your home is not collateral.

Did the seller violate any terms of a signed contractual agreement? If yes, please be specific.

"get our deal reversed"

Unless the seller violated the terms of a signed agreement, that vehicle is yours.

Happy motoring!
