product was installed but gutters were worse after instalation. The water now comes down between the gutters and the house rather than goinginto the gutter. Also, I was told that I would never have to get on the roof to clean debris again.
Not True! I am 81 years old and to have to put up with this is just too much. I complained about a day after instalation. It took weeks for someone to come out. They, of course, said there was no problem.
