There are a two issues happening right now.

The biggest one is that they offered their smart waterbottles at $50 off as part of a Black Friday promotion. They then did not send any shipping information for weeks, until a few days ago when they emailed ALL orders from Black Friday to now saying they were out of stock and cancelling our orders.

The kicker? They wouldn't be giving us our refund until AFTER CHRISTMAS. None of us were given the option to wait longer for processsing, and now the promotional price is gone meaning if we want to buy it again, we have to pay the full $100 for it. On top of that, they're still selling the bottles on their website as if they're available!

The second issue is their COMPLETE lack of customer service. They refuse to answer any valid questions on their Facebook, they refuse to repond to questions on Twitter, They refuse to answer support emails, and they stopped responding on Facebook to ANYONE two days ago.

Bottom line, they ripped off thousands of people because they decided they didn't want to honor their promotional price, and refuse to apologize or even offer rain checks or any type of coupon so we could order them at the price they offered for a later date.
