Complaint Review: Love- happyshopping - Hainesport New Jersey

Love–happyshopping is the company that is trying rip me off for $947.87. They have a online store on eBay which I will add a link below. My rip off experience starts off with a company called Love–happyshopping. This so-called company is probably partially based out of China or they may get their material from China. They have affiliates with other companies here in The United States that I’m not going to mention because they did not have anything to do with this transaction would be between myself and Love–happyshopping. Let me start off explaining how this company is trying to rip me off. On November 26, 2022 I went onto eBay site to purchase a 30 x 20 x 16 portable paint booth.

I was extremely hesitant about buying anything from eBay because of my last experience of not receiving my $3800 back from eBay when the client close his account and took the money and disappeared. eBay never refunded my money. I figured by buying the items that I was looking for from a company that actually had a name attached to their product I will be treated with the upmost respect like a customer should be, oh I was so wrong. Love–happyshopping turned out to be a nightmare for me so far. They desperately act like they can’t read English and no matter what you tell them they still keep responding with the same message. So let me get started explaining how this Love–happyshopping  is trying rip me off and why you should never buy from Love–happyshopping. I went against my better judgment and purchase the item on November 26, 2022 like I said earlier in this statement. Based off of the delivery time on eBay‘s webpage these packages were supposed to have been delivered on the 29th November 2022. However that was not the case for the first item shipped by this extremely cheap company who decided to send my unit through three different carriers instead of just one. The first package from UPS came early on 28 November 2022 which was a Monday when the package was supposed to have been delivered on a Tuesday. Love–happyshopping make sure to make these packages a signature delivery, meaning that someone had to be there to sign for them. These packages were being delivered to a church and not a residence so no one was there on Monday because we expected the packages to come on the date that eBay stated which was Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Once I realize that UPS attempted to deliver one of the packages early I called eBay to find out what was going on. Which I got absolutely no help whatsoever from them.

That’s when I called the UPS hub because I already had their number handy which is not their one 800 number. I have the number directly to the hub where the trucks are dispatched from. They explained to me that their holiday policy was, if a package was delivered and no one was there to receive it on the first attempt they would deliver the package to a local UPS store. However that never happened. The UPS store informed me that they never received the package and the UPS hub location informed me that they could not find the package. This was the beginning of my dilemma with Love– happyshopping. Now we get to Tuesday the 29th 2022. The main package which was coming through FedEx with a total weight of over 100 pounds was supposed to have been out for delivery for that day. Based off of their website it was until around 4:30pm. It changed to say the delivery was now going to be on Wednesday. Which meant that I had to takeoff another day of work because these packages were signature delivery only. In the meantime I was still reaching out to the UPS hub and also the UPS store trying to find out what happened to the package which no one seems to know where it is. Now we get to Wednesday, November 30th 2022 and FedEx once again decides that they’re not going to deliver the package on top of still not knowing where the packages from UPS are. Now we come to the third package. This package actually was delivered to the steps of the building. However I called the UPS hub and spoke with the manager there who gave me her personal cell number to call her because she couldn’t hear clearly over the UPS phone line. 

That when I informed her that she needed to send someone back to pick this package up because once FedEx rescheduled for the third time I was done with this delivery and Love–happyshopping. Later on that evening she

informed me that someone will come and get the package. I’m assuming this should’ve been the end of my dilemma with UPS, FedEx and Love–happyshopping.That was not the case either this is when Love–happyshopping figured they were going to try to rip me off. I kept explaining to Love–happyshopping that they needed to deal with their carriers that they decided to ship through to find out where their packages are.  While all of this crazy business was going on Love–happyshopping kept trying to offer me 5% off my next order even though my current order from them was never delivered to me. I actually began to believe someone in this company was crazy if they actually thought that I was going to buy something else from them and go through this again.

Now today is December 6 and I still don’t have my money back from Love–happyshopping. They are doing everything in their power to keep my money. They keep trying to offer me a lower amount of money back because they can’t find their item that has nothing to do with me through UPS. 

It is not my responsibility as the buyer to deal with UPS especially when they are the shippers and have the authority to handle any situation with UPS. My main reason for getting on ripoff reports.com is to make sure no one else goes through this.  Love–happyshopping has multiple customers that did not receive their money back as well. I’m not sure what happened with their situation I’m just reporting on what I’ve read on Love–happyshopping profile page. In closing I highly suggest if you are going to buy anything on eBay or other websites that have this company’s name which is Love–happyshopping strongly suggest that you do not do so. Do not buy from this company.
