Ordered closet doors, online, for pickup curbside at Lowes in Brookhaven PA. Received a call from the store on 11/17/22 that they had my doors. We agreed to a 1:30  curbside pickup on the same day. I arrived as agreed. No one was there waiting for me. Parked in front of the doors leading to Customer service, curbside, and went in to find my order. The folks behind the Customer Service desk had no idea about my order. It took over an hour for them to locate it. It was found in a storage area with in 10' of the service desk. I was provide no pickup paper work and no one helped me load the doors. I'm 69. When I final got back to my truck I found that I had been ticketed for parking in a fire lane, which extends the full length of the store, curbside. The ticket was timed at 1:39 PM. only minutes after I entered the store. I went back inside and explained to the lady at the CD desk what had happen, she went and got a gentleman named Palo. He apparently is an assistant manager there. After quickly explaining what had just happened, I was told it wasn't Lowes problem, I disagree. How can you offer curbside service if it is illegal to park or stop there? My ticket cost me $50.00. This.store's customer service is terrible. They are offering fraudulent services and are in breach of our contractual agreement.

Curbside pickup

If you had bothered to read the instructions for curbside pickup, you would know that you need to park in the designated parking spot and then use the mobile app to check in and notify the store that you are there. It's not literally curbside. Why would you park in a fire lane and go inside the store? And why would the store reimburse you for breaking the law?
